This blog was born out of our love for travel and… a bit of frustration :). Planning a trip usually starts with an online search for information. The main challenge is finding truly valuable information amidst an endless stream of cookie-cutter articles listing the same tourist attractions and so-called “hidden gems.” You’ve probably been caught in this trap too, waiting in a long line at yet another “hidden” spot, feeling more like a cog in the machine of mass tourism than having an authentic experience. That’s why you won’t find such articles in our blog.
What Do We Write About in Our Travel Blog
- Professional advice. We share tips on how to create a well-thought-out travel itinerary tailored to your interests, logistics, preferred pace, and even dietary needs. We also discuss how to find unique, lesser-known, but beautiful places beyond the beaten path, avoid mishaps during your trip, save money without compromising your experience, connect with locals, and so much more.
- Our secrets. We share our favorite spots and routes—places we love to explore on foot, by bike, scooter, or car. These routes take you through charming, local spots. Yes, some of them might eventually become touristy. But when that happens, we’ll find new routes and share them with you again.
- Culture and traditions. We talk about the local culture and sometimes surprising customs of the countries to help you understand them better and feel at home.
- And much more of what excites us. From fascinating festivals, holidays, and local cuisine to unique art installations and much more.
Who Do We Write for?
For everyone who travels with curiosity and respect for other cultures. For those who care not just about “checking off” another country, but about truly understanding it. For those who want to feel its rhythm and, even briefly, become a part of it—seeing the world through the eyes of a local.
